OUR VALUES

Our most fundamental values are freedom of thought, critical thinking, participation, and diversity. We believe in development through mutual respect and dialogue in an environment where different ideas meet.

We set out with the belief that young people should not only be listeners, but also participants in decision-making processes and individuals who have a voice. We shaped our work to increase the visibility of young people in the civic sphere, to provide platforms where they can freely express their ideas, and to connect them with decision-makers. Our story is one of young people becoming active agents on a journey from thought to action.

Genç Eksen brings together young people from different cities across Türkiye, creating a platform for them to learn, create, and gain experience together. Through educational programs, workshops, camps, and projects, it contributes to the individual development of young people while supporting them in carrying out work that adds value to society. Here, young people share their ideas, form teams, and bring their own projects to life, thus both improving their personal skills and contributing to their communities.
