Future Decision Makers Training Program
This is Genç Eksen's flagship program, aiming to cultivate young people who will have a say in future decision-making processes. The program focuses on leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making in crisis situations, and taking responsibility. Through applied simulations and interactive workshops, participants experience not only theory but also real-life leadership and effective decision-making. This program aims to transform the potential of young people into a strong leadership vision.

The Stage is Yours Program
The Stage is Yours is a program that enables young people to develop their critical thinking skills while expressing their thoughts with philosophical depth. Every two weeks, a different social issue is addressed; participants both discuss and strengthen their representation and expression skills by taking to the stage. The Stage is Yours is designed for young people who have something to say and want to express their thoughts without hesitation.

Young people are meeting with decision-makers.
"Young People Meet Decision-Makers" is an interactive program where young people gain experience, perspective, and inspiration by meeting with individuals directly involved in decision-making processes. The program encourages young people to ask questions, express their ideas, and become firsthand acquainted with real decision-making practices. These dialogue-based meetings aim to strengthen young people's vision for the future and prepare them more consciously for involvement in decision-making mechanisms.

Civil 101 Training is a comprehensive introductory program to the civic sphere, spanning from the origins of civil society to a culture of participation. With no limited capacity and accessible to everyone, it offers training focusing on fundamental values, advocacy, participation mechanisms, and various other themes. By conveying the logic, functioning, and effective aspects of the civic sphere in a simple and practical framework, it paves the way for conscious and active participation.

The "Digital to Formal: Combating Virtual Gambling Addiction Program" is a study aimed at reducing the tendency towards virtual gambling, which is becoming an increasingly prevalent risk area among young people, through effective campaigning and targeted awareness methods. The project examines how online gambling is normalized through presentations of "fun," "easy money," and "harmless"; it highlights the aspects of this perception that lead young people to addiction, debt, and social isolation. As part of the program, surveys and field studies were conducted with young people who gamble online, and analysis reports were prepared using the data obtained. These reports reveal the true extent of the problem and also form the basis for shaping campaign messages and educational content. Through these efforts in both digital and formal settings, the goal is to increase awareness of virtual gambling and prevent young people from engaging in risky behaviors.

King and Town is a role-based and interactive decision-making simulation. Participants take on the roles of the king, political parties, media, and civil society, debating, persuading, and drafting legislation on a critical issue concerning the future of a town. The game, which explores the tension between tradition and change, power and public good, aims to develop skills in negotiation, leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative decision-making.
